We select and screen candidates through personal interviews, background checks, reference checks and ongoing evaluations. We manage all aspects of payroll taxes and workers compensation. We take care of your staff 24/7, 365 days so you don't have to. No need to worry about back up for sick days or holidays.
How does it work?
We start by discussing your needs and specific requirements by phone or in person where the services are going to be provided. We then schedule a couple of interviews with trusted candidates that meet your requirements.
We have a roster of Personal Assistants and Companions already screened, someone you can trust to bring into your home for interviews. Our Care Coordinator will always accompany candidates to facilitate interview and to observe for proper fit and chemistry.
How much it cost?
Our services are billed by the hour. One low flat rate 365 days a year not exceeding $16/hr - depending on efforts and skills required by client. No premiums for weekends or holidays. We are committed to provide affordable quality staff for individuals and families. We are an altruist local, home-based small business enabling us to pass the savings to our clients while paying caregivers market rates based on skills and effort the assignment requires.
